Our apartments
The holiday apartments are located in the family home, owned by the Lulić family, who built them and have continuously adapted them to meet the needs of tourists. The owners always take care of everything tourists may need and are at their guests’ service, not only in the summer, but throughout the year. It should be noted that the entire house has central heating, which is particularly important during the months outside the main tourist season. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a TV with local and satellite channels. Our guests have access to a barbecue in the house’s courtyard and to the Internet.
The house is located on the southeastern side of the island, in the Zagazinjine area, on Silvire Tommasini Street, which is otherwise a dead end, so there is very little traffic and noise. From the sea, the house is in the first row, just 100 meters from the shore. From the house, there is a view of the southern part of the island of Cres, further the island of Pag, and the Velebit mountains in the distance.

Apartment 1 – Capacity 2 person
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the first floor and the total area is 28 + 5 m2.
The bedroom has a double bed and one extra bed.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils – refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The terrace overlooking the sea is equipped with a table and chairs which allows dining on it.
Apartment 2 – Capacity 4 person
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, loggia and terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the first floor, and the total area is 41.2 + 9.3 m2.
Two bedrooms have one double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils – refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, each of which has a shower, sink and toilet – each room has its own bathroom. The apartment has a loggia and terrace, both with sea views. The loggia is equipped with a table and chairs which allows dining on it.
